Tourism Industry during Pandemic (blog #4)

 

Tourism industry is one of the most affected by Covid-19 pandemic, not only in our country but also all over the globe. Because no one can travel most of the countries are in lockdown during the peak of the pandemic, and it is hard to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic, to start over again because almost 2 years pandemic really affected a lot our tourism industry, such as hotels, Resorts, tourism destination/ attractions are all affected even the malls, and everything are affected by the pandemic. But as of now that we’re getting back to the new normal which is now some of the destinations here in our country can accommodate and open the tourist attractions, also to the other countries they already opening the boarders now.

As a traveler this pandemic affected us also because we plan to travel abroad but the pandemic hit us all over the world, my sister has a gift for me which to travel with them in Hong Kong last 2020 by April but the pandemic suddenly started, and the positive cases are increasingly all over the world. Boarders of the other countries are already closing our plan to trip to Hong Kong canceled. And we can’t do anything with that. So, all the plan has been cancelled the flights and everything. Like the other families are also affected because all the industry are affected all the hotels, resorts airlines and other businesses are close during the pandemic last two years ago.

As a traveler we all want to travel after this long lockdown we have been through. So, this year we got lucky because the boarders in Europe are already open, my sister book a visa for us this coming April will be our flight going to Europe. The tourism industries are now entertaining and most of the people are now traveling. Although going out of the country is very different now from before because the requirements needed are more than before like the vaccination is very important. Yellow vaccination card is required to the USA and European country and some other countries.

Now the tourism industry is gradually recovering and hopefully this will continue, and everything will be okay.
